Anoop Davé | Chief Executive Officer
Anoop Davé has 20 years of experience leading adaptive re-use projects, most often converting underutilized office or warehouse properties into mixed-use projects anchored by residential or hospitality uses. Mr. Davé has been involved in over $2B of real estate investments. He started his career with one of the foremost adaptive re-use developers in the nation, PMC Property Group. Prior to co-founding Victrix, he worked in executive capacities at leading real estate private equity funds and operators.
Mr. Davé is passionate about the environment, social mobility, and education. The recycling of buildings creates the triple benefit of reducing waste, preserving historically-significant properties, and revitalizing urban areas. As the son of immigrants to the United States, Mr Davé looks to hire minority- and women-owned businesses in all facets of his projects. Mr. Davé serves on the board of SAM Elimu, a charitable foundation that supports disadvantaged children in Kenya through primary school, high school, and university.
Mr. Davé graduated magna cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the editor of the widely used textbook Real Estate Finance and Investments: Risks and Opportunities authored by Dr. Peter Linneman, and has lectured at the Wharton School for a number of classes including Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Development, International Real Estate Comparisons, Real Estate Entrepreneurship, and Urban Economics.
Tim Gordon | President
In addition to his role as President of Victrix, Mr. Gordon serves as Managing Director of Gordon Property Group (“GPG”) and Co-Founder/Partner of Aria Development Group (“Aria”). GPG owns and manages commercial, mixed-use, and residential property in the New York metro area, Meyers Parking, and the Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club. Aria is among the most active ground-up multifamily developers in Washington DC and Miami, with other projects throughout the country. Aria has also completed multiple distressed mortgage acquisitions and originated a series of structured credit investments. Aria's notable developments include 321 Ocean Drive in Miami, The Clifton in Washington DC, and 465 Pacific Street in Brooklyn. Outside of real estate, Mr. Gordon co-founded Gordon Haskett Research Advisors (“GHRA”), the equity research affiliate of Gordon Haskett Capital Corporation. GHRA has established itself as a premier boutique provider of consumer and event-driven/special situation equity research.
Mr. Gordon began his career on the restructuring team of The Blackstone Group and was a partner at a special situations hedge fund prior to joining his family’s business. Mr. Gordon received a B.A. from Harvard University, graduating cum laude, as well as an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Peter Linneman, Ph.D. | Senior Advisor
Dr. Peter Linneman, Founder & CEO of Linneman Associates and Senior Advisor to Victrix, boasts a distinguished 45-year career. Globally acclaimed, he received the Graaskamp Award, Wharton's Lifetime Achievement Award, and was recognized in Realtor Magazine's "25 Most Influential People in Real Estate" and The New York Observer's "100 Most Powerful People in New York Real Estate." Dr. Linneman has advised leading corporations and served on over 20 public and private boards, including serving as Chairman of Rockefeller Center Properties, where he led the successful restructuring and sale of Rockefeller Center in the mid-1990s.
Mentored by Nobel Prize winner Milton Friedman, he achieved a distinguished academic career at both The University of Chicago and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He was a key member of Wharton’s faculty for over 33 years, serving as the Albert Sussman Professor of Real Estate, Finance, and Public Policy, while also assuming key leadership roles as the Founding Chairman of the Real Estate Department and Director of the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center. Concurrently, he co-edited The Wharton Real Estate Review. Dr. Linneman's impactful contributions extend to publishing over 100 scholarly articles, eight editions of the acclaimed book Real Estate Finance and Investments: Risks and Opportunities, and the widely-read Linneman Letter quarterly report.
Chris Braatz | Principal
Chris Braatz is a Principal of Victrix. Prior to joining Victrix, Mr. Braatz was a Vice President in the Acquisitions group of GEM Realty Capital, a Chicago-based real estate private equity firm. Mr. Braatz worked at GEM for seven years, where he was involved in the underwriting and execution of 15 acquisitions totaling over $1B of gross investment in the multifamily, office, hotel, and retail sectors.
Mr. Braatz graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards, including the ICSC Real Estate Award, Ballard Fund for Real Estate Excellence Award, and the Adam Anhang Memorial Award.
Brady Sheerin | Director of Construction & Development
Brady Sheerin's background in the construction industry covers a wide range of responsibilities varying from hands-on trade experience to managing teams of people and running complex large-scale projects. Prior to joining Victrix, Mr. Sheerin was a Senior Project Manager at Buch Construction where his efforts were primarily dedicated to overseeing multifamily projects in the firm’s base building division, working directly with owners and design teams to take their projects from preconstruction to close out.
Mr. Sheerin graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering. In his spare time, he continues to work on smaller independent projects and volunteers with Rebuilding Together in his local community.
Rohan Prajapati, CPA | Director of Asset Management & Property Management
Rohan Prajapati brings a diverse experience to Victrix, having served as a consultant at both Deloitte and EY-Parthenon, and holding a CPA license in New York. During his consulting tenure, he provided strategic guidance on M&A transactions and operational transformations for several Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, he played a key role in delivering accounting and reporting advisory services, with a specific focus on risk management, controllership, and finance transformation.
Mr. Prajapati graduated cum laude from the Stern School at New York University with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. He also earned his M.S. in Certified Public Accounting from the Stern School.
Kiran Kaur | Operations & Analytics
Kiran Kaur performs a variety of roles at Victrix including operations and data analytics. Prior to joining Victrix, Ms. Kaur worked at Tishman Speyer in the property management office of Rockefeller Center.
Ms. Kaur graduated from New York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
Victrix is the adaptive reuse arm of GPG. GPG is a multi-generational family real estate firm, with in-house legal, accounting, property management, and capital markets capabilities.
For over sixty years, the Gordon family has assembled, developed, and operated a broad portfolio in Manhattan and the greater New York area.
